My work focuses on turning a script into indelible imagery capturing a moment in time.

Storytelling one frame at a time usually  with available light and a prime.

Bio

Antony Platt is a Unit Stills Photographer based in New York City and London.

Raised in the wilds of Africa, Antony developed a sense of wonder and curiosity about the world around him. This eventually led him to New York, where he went to "film school” as an assistant on the sets of The Silence Of The LambsGhost and The Hard Way. Next was breaking into music videos for artists as varied as Billy Joel, Reba and Aerosmith in their Run DMC collaboration Walk This Way. He also developed an interest in military aviation and took assignments deployed on aircraft carriers, cats & traps, and floats with the Marines. This led to Antony's world-exclusive cover for Newsweek of the USS Eisenhower (CVN 69) deploying to Haiti, her flight deck covered with 10th Mountain Division Blackhawks.
Antony’s work has run in The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, Hollywood Reporter, Rolling Stone, Newsweek, Variety, and Vanity Fair.
Clients include ABC, AMC, Apple, CBS, Disney, Hulu, Fox, FX, Showtime, Warner Bros, and PBS.
